The jury is chaired by the president of the National Federation of Open Source Software Industry who coordinates the deliberations.

The jury is composed of the forty more imminent experts in Open Source:

• journalists of IT and economic world,
• professionals of the Open Source field,
• decision makers of the private and public sector,
• users,
• representatives of the Open Source communities.
